Well the big D hasn't gone tooo badly.
Mainly my days consist of
Breakfast: Special K
Mid morn snack: Banana
Lunch: Soup or a Mug Shot
Mid Afternoon snack: Muller Light Yogurt
Tea time is where I have been slightly off track, as I have been super good in the day why not reward myself with something calorific at night?
Such as half a tub of ben and Jerry's chunky monkey ice cream...
Never mind, I do feel slightly thinner, the weekend will be harder going away for a few nights. Any idea's for slimming world receipe's let me know!
