Days 1, 2 and 3

Well the big D hasn't gone tooo badly.

Mainly my days consist of
Breakfast: Special K
Mid morn snack: Banana
Lunch: Soup or a Mug Shot
Mid Afternoon snack: Muller Light Yogurt

Tea time is where I have been slightly off track, as I have been super good in the day why not reward myself with something calorific at night?

Such as half a tub of ben and Jerry's chunky monkey ice cream...

Never mind, I do feel slightly thinner, the weekend will be harder going away for a few nights. Any idea's for slimming world receipe's let me know!

7 Week Holiday Diet

So I have approximately 7 weeks until I go away with some skinny minnie's to Greece.

I have successfully tried Weight Watchers, Slimming World, and Atkins before and I have decided to try Slimming World again before I go. Ideally I could do with losing about 3 stone, that is not going to happen in 7 weeks, I know.

I hope to lose at least a stone, because lets face it, it's going to be pure torture for 7 weeks.

I plan to do a little food diary here when I can to try and keep what I am eating in check.

I prefer the traditional original and green days as I find those plans easier to follow.

So it's farewell nice food and hello to the three "S"'s Cereal (I know its a C but sounds like a S), Soup and salad.
